With every physical manifestation of pain, there is an emotional component that often goes unchecked.
We humans have gotten pretty good at treating the physical and hiding those emotions away.
Sound allows unresolved emotions to come forward, giving us the chance to meet them--or continue to shove them down. Trauma and entanglements shape our view--until we meet these emotions head on to let them go.
Sessions with Me
My sessions include a combination of reiki woven with sound therapy. I have a variety of Empyrean crystal singing bowls, as well as Tibetan bowls and handle bowls meant to be played on the body, and many other instruments that I bring into practice.
My studies include working with binaural patterns to activate specific brainwaves for memory restoration, study, focus, deep meditation, and altering states of consciousness. I also work with strengthening the aura, balancing chakras, and moving energy and emotions stuck in the body.
